We HIGHLY recommend that you measure your pet before placing an order. Your pet can be a medium in one product and be a large in a different product. Our size guides should help you figure out what size you should order for your pet in a specific product. Each product has a different size guide! Refer to the size guide of the product that you would like to order. Every product has a different size guide depending on the product. Measure your pet and refer to the size guide of the product that you want.

Step 1: Start by grabbing a measuring tape that you can wrap around them.🐕

Step 2: Measure your pet using the measuring tape. You can either measure in inches or centimeters. Entirely up to you. The size guide will have both inches and centimeters for whichever one you choose to go by. Measure around your pet’s neck and write down the number. Then measure around your pet’s chest and write down the number. If the size guide of the product requires you to measure across your pet’s back, then get the measurement for the length of their back as well and write it down. Furriendly Tip: Save these measurements for future reference too.✍🏽

Step 3: Check out the exact size guide for the product you want and use the measurements you just got from measuring your pet to find your pet’s size in this product. *Just a reminder: The size guide for this product is specific to this product and may not apply to other products. Meaning, make sure you look at the size guide that is on the product page of the product that you want.* 🔍

Sizing varies depending on the product. For example: Just because your pet is a medium on one product doesn’t mean they are a medium on a different product.

Lots of pets love wearing clothes, as long as it fits them of course. And as long as they aren’t wearing clothes that make them obviously uncomfortable. For example: Wearing a sweater on a hot summer day. Please be cautious of the weather when putting clothes on your pets. Some pets prefer not to wear clothes at all and that is ok. If your pet does not like wearing clothes, don’t force them.💗

YESSS amigos!🙌 We also offer FREE in store pick-up where you can pick up your online orders on TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS from 1pm-6pm PST at Oh Comadre Candles at 📍9102 Firestone Blvd, Suite R, Downey CA 90241 (Make sure to choose this option at checkout if you wish to pick up your order in store). Just please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You can use our chat feature on the bottom right corner of our website to check your pick-up order status.🐶 In store pick-up orders usually take 1-4 business days to be ready for pick-up. You will be receiving a notification email when your order is ready for pick-up.📧🎉

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please make sure you are certain you want to place an order before ordering, that all of your information is correct, and that the products in your order are also correct. So sorry for any inconvenience.❤️

Please call your local USPS and provide them with the tracking number you received and let them know that you didn’t receive your package.

Rest assured we have inspected every single product that goes out for delivery. If one happens to slip by us, well that’s our fault. Please email us at the day you receive your product and let us know it’s defective. Make sure to include your full name, order number, name of defective product, and a clear photo of the part that is defective.
