RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 🔁📦
Hi amigos! Do you have a problem with your order or just simply changed your mind? No worries at all.😉 We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, so 30 days from the day that you purchased the product(s).
1) You can return your product(s) for store credit
2) You can choose a different product(s)
3) You can request a refund to the original payment method
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items, promotional offers or limited edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- All returned items must have tags
- All returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has delivered the items to the final destination (Please contact USPS)
Start a return or exchange by following these steps:
If your order is eligible for a return, please email us at email@example.com within the 30 day return window and we will be happy to process your return for you. (Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are unfortunately nonrefundable)
- Your return email must include your full name, order number, which product(s) you would like to return, a clear photo of each product you will be returning, the reason for returning the product(s), and if you would like either a refund, store credit, or are exchanging for a different product. We will then approve your return and send you the address where you would need to send your return item(s) to.
Package your return item(s) in either the original packaging or your choice of packaging and make sure to include a piece of paper inside the return package with your full name, order number, and if you would like either a refund, store credit, or are exchanging for a different product. We can not accept products that have been used, worn, no longer have the tags attached, sale items, discounted items, promotional items, or limited edition products.
Take your return package to your nearest USPS and make sure you send it to the address we provided you with (Return must be sent through USPS within the 30 day return window from the day that you placed your order). Please note that by returning your product(s) you would need to pay USPS for return shipping. *Shipping costs go to USPS and are not part of our profit. We are a small business and unfortunately don’t have the funds to cover return shipping costs. We hope you understand💗*
- Make sure to ask for a tracking receipt of the return package at USPS and save it! Or take a photo of the tracking receipt and save it to your phone.
Once we receive the returned product(s) we will then process your refund to the same form of payment you used to purchase the item(s) or give you store credit (Your choice ❤️). Same goes for exchanges. We will either refund you the money or give you store credit, whichever you prefer. Then you will be able to place an order for the item(s) you would like instead. *Refunds can take a few days to process into your account*
MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please make sure you are certain you want to place an order before ordering, that all of your information is correct, and that the products in your order are also correct. So sorry for any inconvenience.❤️
